I went to this dealership because I previously had a good experience with a recall. As before, everyone was very nice. But the "labor" cost for repairs averaged approximately $275.00 dollars an hour. How many technicians were working on my car and it still took over four hours? I've enjoyed my Crosstrek and was considering to trade for a new one. I now realize I can't afford the maintenance.
