I didn’t buy my car here but I used them for service. The service reps were always rude to me (but very polite to my husband). They never wanted to fix anything and always had a reason why something wasn The service reps were always rude to me (but very polite to my husband). The only time I received efficient service for more than an oil change was when they messed up and had to correct their mistake. The last time I was in for service, they well over priced the maintenance needs of my car. I saved $3000 by going elsewhere for all of the work they recommended, except for what they recommended that wasn’t actually needed. More

Helped me same-day with a bad problem - replaced my starter. Gave me loaner car so not unduly inconvenienced. Very helpful. Upon arrival, staff treated me with respect and care. They explained the process since it was my first time taking the vehicle. After telling me about the service and how long it was going to take (was q They explained the process since it was my first time taking the vehicle. Super pleased with the service and George was the associate who assisted me was super polite and respectful., he gave me a tour of the building explained they were was free drinks and were the lounge area was. What impressed me is how before service began there is a full visual inspection of the auto appearance with photos also taken. This is a great way to avoid disputes over possible damage reports during servicing. This was not done when I had prior vehicles from other dealers. My service was completed in a timely fashion, the waiting area was comfortable. I am very pleased and highly recommend this dealership. More
