Only have good things to say about my actual service and my service representative Joe- arrived, was promptly greeted and signed in. Given the requested and performed service, which included new brake pads my service representative Joe- arrived, was promptly greeted and signed in. Given the requested and performed service, which included new brake pads in addition to routine ool change/ tire rotation, I was done in the expected time frame. I’d give the service a 5/5. Which brings me to the new online scheduling system Auto Nation apparently “upgraded” to. Missing links etc. made it impossible to use. I ended up calling the service department, which promptly got me in at a date/time that worked for me. The online service appointment scheduler needs some serious work, though! More
