As I was driving my Subaru ImprezaI felt something strange in the engine. I drove to AuroNation and they were able to immediately see my car. Although it is difficult to get through on the phone line, auto Nation is an excellent dealership. The service I receive from George Wolfe is probably the best I have ever received from a customer service person. Unfortunately, the technical side of the dealership seems to always be trying to have you best I have ever received from a customer service person. Unfortunately, the technical side of the dealership seems to always be trying to have you perform maintenance earlier than might be necessary. Do I really need this now, or can I wait a bit? Do I really need to change this now, or can I wait a bit, etc.? I sense they go strictly by the mileage on the car, instead of visually inspecting something and then deciding if it needs to be replaced. I think this is different than something being broken or malfunctioning and needing service or replacing. I have no complaints about the quality of the performed service but sometimes question if it was necessary at that point in time. More
