I had an issue that was dismissed by the staff with an answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. A technician came out to my car to look at what was happening. H answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. A technician came out to my car to look at what was happening. His answers made no sense to myself or my husband. He couldn't even get it to work the way he said it would. I reached out to my sales person. He took the time to find the answer. And then to give me the answer. He didn't just blow me off saying everything is okay. An answer that I understood regarding the issue I had. He is the only reason I would ever return to this location for another purchase. As for the service department, I will finish out my contract and be going to Hopkins Automotive, a place that cares and takes the time to work with the client. And to explain any issues or concerns. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life. Horrible communication from girls at front desk. Bid was more than the original quote. Was not informed that I would actually be getting a car from a car rental dealership that I would be driven to down the street. Just all over bad experience. Definitely need experienced people over young girls working the desk. More
I had gone to the dealership in December and had a visit that was not positive but left without saying anything. When I went back to have 12,000 mile service I decided to talk with the service manager abou that was not positive but left without saying anything. He took the time when they were busy to really hear me and validate my concern and he made it all right. I appreciate the way I was treated and will return for other service needs. More

I was frequently unable to extract car key when gear was in parking position. Easy to set up an appointment, easy check in and super-fast check out at no cost (switch replaced in warranty)! in parking position. I got my 60k service done. The communication with advisors was not great. I was on hold for 30 minutes checking on my car so I had to drive to the dealership to find out that my car was not done till advisors was not great. This was approximately fourth visit to this dealership for service. I thought I was treated great at my former location. Here I’m treated with professionalism with more friendliness.
