Got everything done which was fabulous. Had hitch installed and I thought I would have gotten some Information on it butt didn’t . Such as weight it can carry that type of thing . Also had a right side pillar replaced and whoever installed it had dirty hands so now do t know how to clean. Then someone from Parts kept calling me to say my custom parts were in and when I asked it sounded like another pillar ! I almost said ok just to see if it was installed cleaner More

Hello! I took my car into the Service Dept. because the Hello! I took my car into the Service Dept. because the dash board had a rattling noise; which being a new car we knew something was out of place. W Hello! I took my car into the Service Dept. because the dash board had a rattling noise; which being a new car we knew something was out of place. Within 3 hours we heard back and they had found the problem, and fixed it. Once I got in and drove my car off the lot, I knew it had been fixed. No rattle, quiet!!! The female service advisor, Jordan?, said she would call me back with price of all items recommended before the work was done. She did not. She quoted the cabin air filter and diagnostic charge. I was not given a copy of the work done when I left the dealership. That has always been standard practice with you guys. I didn’t realize it until I was working out of town the next day. This is the 1st time I have made a negative review. They did a great job getting my car in so quickly. It could have been a disaster If I had to wait. I accidentally drained the transmission fluid, instead of the oil. I have changed the oil in every vehicle I ever owned. Am surprised I mistook the transmission drain plug for oil drain plug. They did a great job getting my car checked over and back in working order. It could have been much worse. Thank you !! More
