Moved to this state from Florida. I chose this service department based on reviews. Everyone was friendly. Jordan was great. Was at the facility for 5 hours for service, new battery and new tires. My only quirks are the car clock set up wasn't done by service people, no car wash but a card to get one done locally ( I live 90 minutes away ) and on the multi-point inspection had the box check that fluids were checked. Soon after leaving the dealership my low windshield fluid light came on…….I was very spoiled at Pembroke Pines Subaru in Florida….However, one visit is just that and I will return to this facility. More

I returned my crosstrek to auto nation for two recall items. Work was done on time and other minor issues were pointed out. I have been taking my Subaru to AppleWay since 2007. I have been taking my Subaru to AppleWay since 2007. Scott Randall was my service consultant for years and he was excellent. I recently worked with David Doherty, who took his place as service consultant.I think David will also be very good. I have only "consulted with David once" at this point in time. Basically, I am very happy with the overall service I have received and the attitude of AppleWay employees. I am a retired college professor, and I want/expect good service for what I pay for.
