Usually they are pretty good. They scheduled my car for service, but did not have the parts they were supposed to install on hand. They are always friendly and eager to please. They have a nice waiting area with what my husband says is pretty good coffee, also tv and wifi and very nice restrooms. They also offer transportation to and from anywhere you would like to go, mall, restaurant, etc. Keith Moors, who sold us a car years ago, always remembers who we are and comes to talk, and the general manager is always very friendly and will go out of his way to get things for you. Service was great. Had winter tires I bought there swapped out and oil change. 1/2 way home tire sensor light came on. They had forgotten to reset it. I drove back. The mechanic only put air in tires and said after I drive 45 it will reset. It did not so now I need to go back again which isn’t around the corner and have them actually reset the sensor. More
