We have been going to AutoNation for over 11 years. The service department has been very helpful and they do an awesome job. Went online to order parts on the website, for pick up on the way home. Not only did they not contact me but said they don’t do that. I appreciate the email reminders for service and it has always been done very professionally. However my last experience I never received the phone call my car was done and ended up having to wait over 4 always been done very professionally. found that I need tires. Rear tires are worn on the inside and do not know if that is from a bad wheel alignment or what.
