Got work done efficiently and in a timely manner. Service Dept Rep overloaded and with little help. I brought in my 2013 4Runner for both routine and quirky non-routine issues. I made an appointment, brought it in and the work was performed sooner than expected and at less than the expected cost. I know this isn’t accurate—just a few months ago, a close friend of mine successfully negotiated a price with your team—so hearing that felt dishonest and disappointing. This was already a stressful and unexpected purchase. My previous car had suddenly died the week prior due to a failed transmission and was totaled at 130,000 miles. I work full-time and have two very young children, so we knew we had to make a quick decision and couldn't afford taking our time, do we did our research and knew what we wanted and who we wanted to work with. This is what led us to your dealership. We chose your dealership because of prior trust—both family and friends have bought from you, and we expected a great experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel our loyalty or situation was acknowledged. Because there was no flexibility on price, we declined any additional warranties. That said, we appreciated the few benefits that were included, and we had done our research—so we know the vehicle price itself was fair. What we really hoped for was better communication throughout the process—we weren’t trying to take advantage of anyone. The final blow, though, was that the car battery died just three days after we brought it home. While your service team was helpful and is fixing it, it added more frustration to an already difficult experience. Our salesman specifically asked us to leave a review, and I felt it was important to be honest. At this point, I’m truly unsure if we will return in the future. More
