He was able to hunt down exactly the RAV4 in storm cloud, a super rare color. That my wife had been looking for far and wide. I definitely recommend asking for David if you want a great buying experience. More

I just have to say I have a very deep skepticism of all dealerships. David Hantman is one of the most real sales people I’ve ever met. I’ve been going through a tough time with Elder care for my father. D dealerships. David Hantman is one of the most real sales people I’ve ever met. I’ve been going through a tough time with Elder care for my father. David was empathetic and shared some of his own personal experience going through some similar struggles. It really meant a lot to me that in a tough emotional time David stuck with me through three weeks. I had the misfortune of even having to trade in struck by another driver. It wasn’t held against me and the dealership didn’t even change the value on my trade-in. I don’t know a lot of sales reps that would’ve been so patient with me as well as warm and empathetic. I definitely recommend working with David Hantman. More

I talked to the manager Dave and told him I was looking for a sales job because I’ve been 5 time reigning gold member for most sales in the Chicago land district but my license isn’t all the way good and I for a sales job because I’ve been 5 time reigning gold member for most sales in the Chicago land district but my license isn’t all the way good and I knew that so I told him right away and I asked if I could get in a parts position because I’ve been a manager at Autozone and I don’t think u need a license for that , I was being polite the whole time and I’ve never wrote a review in my life I’m from Chicago we don’t do that but Dave was so ignorant and unprofessional I had to. He talked to me like it was a privilege that I was getting words spoken out of his mouth . Like he was better than me for no reason he doesn’t even know me . Literally sounded liked I was lucky that I was talking to him on a Friday . So unprofessional , I’ve done this for 6 years and if that’s how autonation managers are talking to people very simply I’m coming for Dave’s job . Because that was so unclassy and unprofessional it might as well of been his first day on the job . Tighten up Dave More

Mi gave 4 stars because of the website. I was trying to schedule an oil change, but also add in the comments of what else I needed. I arrived early for my appointment and vehicle checked in I was trying to schedule an oil change, but also add in the comments of what else I needed. I arrived early for my appointment and vehicle checked in. When I came to pick up the vehicle the oil change request was removed. Rather than the service representative tell me I didn’t schedule that or make up an excuse, they owned the mistake (because I got the email confirmation for the oil change) and had the oil change done quickly & rectified everything that day. That shows integrity to me. Thank you for doing what was right for the customer. More
