He went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. I had a competitive out-of-state offer that would have gotten me the car sooner and for less money, but Greg was understanding, responsive, and willing to work with me on the pricing. His efforts were a big reason the deal came together, and I truly appreciate everything he did. I also want to recognize Hannah, the finance manager. She was fantastic. Typically, the finance portion of buying a car can feel uncomfortable or overly sales-focused, but Hannah was professional, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. I had no intention of purchasing additional products, and she respected that while still taking the time to explain my options. There was absolutely no pressure, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The dealership also gave me a great value for my trade-in, and ultimately, I drove away in the vehicle I wanted at a deal I was happy with. Most importantly, I met some genuinely good people throughout the process. Service was excellent on my recall recall took six hours was quoted maximum four hours. I understand there’s no control over that but serve the technician took out my cycling bins. I never put them back in the car and no one contacted me for three days. I didn’t know they were missing. I had to call them three days later $4000 worth of equipment. it’s not too happy with that. I had to make an extra trip to go pick up my equipment dealerships 45 minutes away. More
