The service department at this dealership is the worst. They always screw up the warranty repair or other service. It took FOUR visits to get the auto rain sensor back working in the car. I'd own a Kia just so I didn't have to interact with this dealership. Never been so happy to be out of the warranty period so I never have to go here again! More

Clowie is the only person I let take care of me here in the Service department. Not that the others couldn't do it but Clowie always has an answer for my questions, helps me understand what all was done an the Service department. Not that the others couldn't do it but Clowie always has an answer for my questions, helps me understand what all was done and is very prompt to get back to me. I have been in there quite a bit for oil changes and general maintenance and Clowie has always met me with a great attitude and friendly nature. Definitely recommend Clowie if you need a go to person in the Service Department. More
