Made appointment for an Oil Change. It took 2 hours to do. Several excuses as to why so slow. I will not return. My time is more valuable and this dealership seems to NOT value cust It took 2 hours to do. Several excuses as to why so slow. I will not return. Witnessed another client that came with an issue and they had them sit for about 20 minutes before anyone came to speak with him. Also received text for communications and when I replied no reply from AJ. More

We were able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and they were able to service our car on the same day. Fees are not inexpensive but that is to be expected at a dealership. Overall th amount of time and they were able to service our car on the same day. Fees are not inexpensive but that is to be expected at a dealership.
