I had a bad experience with the salesperson. Vehicle was in transit, I said I didn’t want upholstery protection, or clear paint protectant, valued together at just over $1500. Instead of honoring a customer request, they told me it couldn’t be taken off even though it isn’t applied until ARRIVING AT THE DEALER. Then they offered to give the paint protection for free but refused to take off the interior protection. I appreciate that offer, but what I wanted was to decline BOTH. Nothing but a brazen money grab. They very well could have taken those extras with no problem. And then when the vehicle arrived, I had another issue with payoff of my trade-in loan. Same salesperson tried to force me to make 45 days worth of loan payments despite saying it would only take 15-20 days for the dealer to pay off the loan. I refused, told them I can make any necessary payments myself. Likely they were trying to decrease the amount of my trade in this way. Spent over 30 minutes trying to bully me into doing this, I continually refused. Also tried to use scare tactics saying it would hurt my credit if the payoff wasn’t wasn’t made on time, etc. Wasted all that time and made me sign a statement acknowledging my refusal and potential impact to credit. Guess what? Trade was paid off in less than two weeks!! Though I am very happy with the vehicle, if my heart wasn’t set on that model I would’ve gone with another dealer or car maker altogether. LISTEN to your customer’s needs and wants, not just the sound of your own greedy pockets. Finance guy was much easier to work with despite pushing extra warranties and such. I won’t be buying another vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. More
Terrible service. My tire rotation took almost two and a half hours despite informing them I would be waiting there at time of scheduling. Poor communication and when I finally got a text that my vehicle was ready, I headed back to service and received no explanation for why it took so long and no information about the inspection they perform on every vehicle that comes in. They just handed me my keys and a piece of paper then told me it was parked out front. More

We were able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and they were able to service our car on the same day. Fees are not inexpensive but that is to be expected at a dealership.
