Service Department manager Chris is worthless. Zero regard for working/talking with a customer. Someone needs to knock him off his pedestal and put him in check. After a decade away, it's great to come back to the Toyota family. Not once did I feel like I was about to get knifed. Great feeling. Terrible dealership with awful customer service! They lied to me about my warranty that they pushed me to purchase when buying my vehicle. Been two weeks of leaving messages and no one gets back to They lied to me about my warranty that they pushed me to purchase when buying my vehicle. Been two weeks of leaving messages and no one gets back to you. When you book a service you have to leave your vehicle for 10 days while they schedule someone to come out instead of giving you the date the service men will be there to look at your vehicle. More
