I am not really impressed with my experience at this dealer. I was told that they would be interested in taking my trade in but I really knew better. For some reason I went in anyway. I was in a positio dealer. I was told that they would be interested in taking my trade in but I really knew better. For some reason I went in anyway. I was in a position that i could buy a car and sell my old car privately but the sales manager assured me that they would make me a deal. After several hours of discussing numbers both with or without the trade I felt like we wouldn't reach a deal so I decided to leave because I wasn't in a big hurry to buy a vehicle that day. Then the high pressure sales tactics came out. Ultimately I feel like the deal I got wasn't good at all and to top it off the service was less than standard. Window tint was part of the deal but this was handled begrudgingly and without me being able to specify tint shade. The vehicle was returned with soap on the outside of the windows and stuff dripping down the leather seats. After complaining I did receive some money to cover the cleaning. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life but this particular experience made me understand why people dislike dealing with car salesman. I feel like this is partially due to the market being hectic but this is no excuse. I was using a website like Edmunds to get an accurate idea of what price range would be good vs fair act. This website used my location and the vehicle specific vin number. This did not go over well and I was told that they didn't care what a website recommended. I figured we weren't able to make a deal so I left two separate times. Then they called me and said that they would do whatever it takes to make the deal happen. Ya, high pressure sales tactics. Once the deal is done then it's time to move on. I love my new car but I feel like I should have stuck to my word and shopped around more. I am usually a very prepared and educated car buyer but I fell victim to the typical high pressure car salesman. So there ya go. You got the sale... and the review it deserves. More

I was having trouble with my infotainment system and called up my dealer, Dave, since he was so helpful when I bought my car from him.
