This is the 2nd car I've purchased from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe this year and pretty much same experience. When I initially go in looking for a car the associates were extremely friendly and helpful drove Arapahoe this year and pretty much same experience. When I initially go in looking for a car the associates were extremely friendly and helpful drove my car off the lot both times. But whenever I need to get it serviced or have questions in regard to the vehicle such as shaking brakes and the rear backup camera is dangling out if place on the back of the car). I called the service center for my most recent purchase within 7 days and they were extremely unhelpful and seemed annoyed a customer was calling then trying to help me. I was told over the phone the service manager (forgot the name given to me now) said to bring it down and everything would be fixed so I drive all the way out there go inside, its Awkwards because everyone is talking or on their phones so no one greeted me, when i approached a man eating to ask about my car he questioned me like I was lying about purchasing the car from Autonation and when I gave him the name of the associate and manager I was given he said no one by those names works there and I must have purchase the car elsewhere. When I said I just wanted to schedule an appointment sine no one was able to help me he said only 1 person in their entire shop works on Hondas and that individual wasn't there at the time. He scribbled down a number of the one person who works on Hondas and sent me on my way like I had bothered his afternoon bringing my car in. I called the number given to me Monday and it wasn't even a vali number... Definitely won't make the mistake of purchasing anymore car from this location. I wasn't even able to get a ticket to do emissions test because they ran out of vouchers. The whole looking and buying proceeds even the paperwork went smooth and was professional but once you buy the car no one cares about following up or making sure your taken care of afterwards. I would have preferred to pay more for better service elsewhere... More

For the first time I/we had a problem with this dealer. We took our 2017 Rav4 in for an inspection prior to a driving trip. I was told the rear wheels were out of alignment and this would cause the front We took our 2017 Rav4 in for an inspection prior to a driving trip. I was told the rear wheels were out of alignment and this would cause the front wheels also to go out of alignment. I authorized the service, was told it was $99 plus but that was the June rate and July's might have gone up. Some time later I was told the July rate had gone up to $144 plus; I authorized the service at this rate. When the car was done, I found out I had been charged $144 for a front wheel alignment though I had not authorized it and that the rear wheel alignment would cost some $1463 when some parts came in two days later. I did not authorized that and complained about being charged for the front wheel; this charge was ultimately waived. I have lost a good deal of confidence in this dealer. More
