Buy a car here, but don't let them trick you into getting a service contract or warranty. I would suggest avoiding their mechanics altogether. When you try to ask for clarification regarding recommended services, the mechanic becomes upset and further pushes the price on you. Not only that, but each mechanic recommends a different service interval. One mechanic says I need to come in every 3,000 miles, another says 5,000, and now the Manager says every 10,000. It shouldn't be so difficult for them to provide clear and concise information to the customer. Moreover, I called a few other Toyota dealers' service departments and received much lower quotes for the same services. It seems that they prioritize quick financial gain over providing adequate customer service. All of their 5-star reviews are falsified as they promise a certain percentage off the final overpriced bill in exchange for leaving a positive review. If you don't care about being overcharged or just simply don't care about the services, I would say this is a great place to go to. More
