We came to purchase a car at Autonation in Arapaho’s. We hit the jackpot with our salesman Trevor B. We test drove since then left to look at the competition. We quickly found the other dealerships disinterested and very disorganized. We returned to Trevor at Autonation because of the incredible detail with which our 2nd look at the car went. He was well versed on the workings of the model we were looking at. He helped us to look and make sure all the pets were working while explaining it all and he provided us with the cardiac and bottles of water so we could review the history on the car. The no sicker sticker process and trade in were very simple and we were treated with respect by Trevor through the entire process which went very smoothly. Our finance specialist was Hira and she was so cheerful and informative and made the process easy to close the deal. Tow managers even checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were being met. Great folks here! We had a very enjoyable day at Autonation. We have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and it is an honest dealership with hard working employees. I made an appointment specifically to solve the issue of the 4-Lo indicator light blinking, which happens randomly when I drive my 2008 Land Cruiser. During a test drive by a technician, the 4-Lo light did the 4-Lo indicator light blinking, which happens randomly when I drive my 2008 Land Cruiser. During a test drive by a technician, the 4-Lo light did not come on or blink and thus the issue was not resolved. However, the technician did say I needed all the fluids replaced. SO....$1200 dollars later ON MY DRIVE HOME FROM THE DEALER, the 4-Lo light starts blinking!!!! I still have the problem I came in with. I guess the technicians don't take the owner's word for an indicator light being on. A simple online search resulted in several explanations for why the 4-Lo indicator light would blink on a 2008 Land Cruiser, i.e., it means the 4 wheel drive is not working. I am disappointed that the dealer and technician/service department did not proceed with addressing the potential problems that would cause this. (It's not like the indicator light makes a noise of some kind that the technician would need to HEAR). I dropped the vehicle off at 12:15 and was told I'd receive a call when the technician had a chance to look at it. By 3:30, I hadn't received any information so I went to the service desk to inquire about the status of my vehicle. It was getting late in the day and they needed to keep the car overnight. In short, my experience was less than satisfactory. And my vehicle still has the same problem it did when I went in. More
