We came to purchase a car at Autonation in Arapaho’s. We hit the jackpot with our salesman Trevor B. We test drove since then left to look at the competition. We quickly found the other dealerships disinterested and very disorganized. We returned to Trevor at Autonation because of the incredible detail with which our 2nd look at the car went. He was well versed on the workings of the model we were looking at. He helped us to look and make sure all the pets were working while explaining it all and he provided us with the cardiac and bottles of water so we could review the history on the car. The no sicker sticker process and trade in were very simple and we were treated with respect by Trevor through the entire process which went very smoothly. Our finance specialist was Hira and she was so cheerful and informative and made the process easy to close the deal. Tow managers even checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were being met. Great folks here! We had a very enjoyable day at Autonation. We have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and it is an honest dealership with hard working employees. Over the years I have financed numerous new Toyota Cars with other Toyota Dealerships in Texas and I have never had a problem. Trading in my 2016 Toyota Highlander was demoralizing at best! Granted my 2016 Toyota Highlander was not a cream puff and needed body work but it only had 45,000 miles and we bought the car new at Don McGill Toyota in Katy, TX in 2016. I felt like the Used Car Manager was trying to steal my car from me. The used car manager was looking for reasons to devalue my trade in, such as my windshield needed replaced which it didn't. This is not my first rodeo working with car dealers. I never saw or spoke with the Used Car Manager which is the way the "SYSTEM" is designed to work at most dealerships. I felt like I was ripped off on the value of my trade in. I felt compelled to get an offer for the value of my used car from another local dealer so I went to John Elway Cadillac where last year I sold a 2013 Toyota Camry and they offered me an additional $1500 for my 2016 Toyota Highlander. If I would have had time I would have also gotten my trade in evaluated by Groove Toyota on Broadway where this vehicle was serviced for the last six years. Of course the goal of the dealership is to wear you down into submission. When I go to buy my next Toyota I'll be heading to Groove Toyota on Broadway. With regard to Auto Nation Toyota Arapahoe we will see how the Service Department does. More
