I always have good service when I take my car in to this dealership. The only thing they forgot to do was close the lid on the window washer fluid cup. We got decent financing on our new car of 3.99% for 48 months from Toyota Motor Credit. Working with the Carlton Mays of the of the Finance Department went well. Over the years I have financed numerous new Toyota Cars with other Toyota Dealerships in Texas and I have never had a problem. Trading in my 2016 Toyota Highlander was demoralizing at best! Granted my 2016 Toyota Highlander was not a cream puff and needed body work but it only had 45,000 miles and we bought the car new at Don McGill Toyota in Katy, TX in 2016. I felt like the Used Car Manager was trying to steal my car from me. The used car manager was looking for reasons to devalue my trade in, such as my windshield needed replaced which it didn't. This is not my first rodeo working with car dealers. I never saw or spoke with the Used Car Manager which is the way the "SYSTEM" is designed to work at most dealerships. I felt like I was ripped off on the value of my trade in. I felt compelled to get an offer for the value of my used car from another local dealer so I went to John Elway Cadillac where last year I sold a 2013 Toyota Camry and they offered me an additional $1500 for my 2016 Toyota Highlander. If I would have had time I would have also gotten my trade in evaluated by Groove Toyota on Broadway where this vehicle was serviced for the last six years. Of course the goal of the dealership is to wear you down into submission. When I go to buy my next Toyota I'll be heading to Groove Toyota on Broadway. With regard to Auto Nation Toyota Arapahoe we will see how the Service Department does. More

Arvid Anderson helped with our 60,000 maintenance today. We recently moved here from Texas and he welcomed and made me feel comfortable in a new service location.
