Purchased our '19 Sienna here, and service both the Sienna and Tundra at this location. Service advisors are always helpful. Never really pushy, we recommend X, Y and Z, but you don't have to do Sienna and Tundra at this location. Service advisors are always helpful. I've used the Shuttle while I wait as well if I didn't want to wait and it was free. This is where I head for quality work that's backed by a big name (Autonation and Toyota). More

People who work there need more knowledge about talking with the costumer over the phone and liars need to go to church and repent for their sins. Vibrates on the highway and also the radio works whenever feels like. -5 stars I would say. Sales representative (help) me over the phone and we have a deal. After I took a day off of work between sales representative and The manager humiliated me in front of everybody. Good to know that he doesn’t feels like his family is in a safe vehicle. Because mine doesn’t. Worst experience ever. Lost my suburban, lost a nice 4 runner and now stuck in a cheap piece of metal.
