I have been bringing my vehicle here for service for the past 17 years and have always received top notch service. It is easy to make an appointment and the technician receiving the car is always courteous past 17 years and have always received top notch service. They are trustworthy about what work needs to be done and on several occasions they told me what I wanted to have done was not necessary. I waited at the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 90 minutes, but it ended up being 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I got in my car, I noticed there were 8 tire rotation. I was told it would be 90 minutes, but it ended up being 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I got in my car, I noticed there were 8 additional miles on the car than when I brought it in. Mileage showed 86,017 when I dropped it off and 86,025 when I picked it up. Very concerning. Where did they go with my car? In addition, I was not given the standard "automobile evaluation" which shows which items were inspected and suggestions for the next visit. Can someone email this to me? A big dropoff in service from previous visits. More

They got the high reviews because they asked you to give them a good review to trade with some free goodie but buying a car here was totally frustrated from the beginning through the end. I would say it was a huge mistake and worst experience we got from day one. The sale person (Garry) was lack of communication and lots of excuses. When we called or texted asking about the car or the process, we rarely got the response. Once he said he would call you back but never happened. He blamed on everybody there except apologizing. We reserved the car no one contacted us when the car got there. The finance guy (Usman) tried to push you to buy the extended warranty. Also tried to push you to get the loan from their bank, I told him I would use my bank but end up got the loan from different bank without letting me know. They made the mistake on the temp tag, once I called my sale he said he would get back to me but of course he ghosted!! So got it fix at DMV without any helps from them. When we cancelled the extended warranty, went there to cancel and wait for almost 3 months but didn’t see any money go to the lien-holder. So we tried to call them for weeks but never have any lucks to get a hold from them after leaving some voice messages. Finally, one guy name Danil called back and said he would check and call me back but he never done that. Until I called again and turned out they made the mistake on the cancellation paperwork which I asked if that matter or was that a mistake by seeing only my name on that paper instead of both name (mine and my husband because the car is under both name) but the guy we did that paperwork said it didn’t matter or it should not be issues. After I asked that question specifically and got the answer but turned out that was joke and causing the cancellation not going through. So be prepared to waste lots of your time and energy here dealing with unprofessional workers. More
