F The purchase process was very easy and not a high pressure sale. Once the warranty expired, I purchase a special service deal for maintenance . For whatever reason, their computer system never seems to populate the correct information regarding the maintenance. I have to remind them about this purchase to get the prepaid (oil change, tire rotation etc). They always seem to forget to reset the service notice on the vehicle as well. Considering finding a new place to get my vehicle serviced! More
Excellent communication by service manager JezariahDiPaolo! Explained what would be done, why, and how long it would take to complete. Also, told us what would be done at our next service. Our experience with Michael Frazier was nothing short of incredible. He helped us trade in our truck for a more family friendly vehicle. 10/10 recommend! incredible. He helped us trade in our truck for a more family friendly vehicle. 10/10 recommend! More

They did not even tell me!! I realized the next day, Vassil, salesperson told me to call service, they would install one for 325! Vassil connected my phone to car play but was too busy to show me how any other feature worked, i have emailed general manager, Adrian twice with no response. Go to the Better Business Bureau website to see comprehensive reviews of this dealership. . All the reviews are 1 or 2 star and very eye opening, Vassil handed me a QR code to give a review long before the paperwork was signed. I protested that I would do the review after, he said his manager insisted!!!The review already had a 5 star rating, This is bullying!! More
I've been taking my Toyota to AutoNation Arapahoe Toyota for more than 12 years for service. This week is the first time I purchased a vehicle from them, a certified pre-owned toyota. The process went smoot for more than 12 years for service. This week is the first time I purchased a vehicle from them, a certified pre-owned toyota. The process went smoothly and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. We did have to wait at times but the staff checked in with us and always apologized for the wait. I do not feel that the wait times we're out of the ordinary especially considering the current high demand for used vehicles. Everything was explained thoroughly and I never felt pressured. They do offer you a few different add on options during financing & you have to be decide at that time if you want the options or not.. I was not interested in adding to my loan and would tell others just to be prepared for that conversation. Overall I would recommend this dealership. Cade is a helpful and friendly sales associate and Jezariah in the service department is a great mechanic & always explains things in detail and makes it easy to understand. More
I'm leaving this honest, 1-star review based on my current experience. I will update if there is a satisfactory resolution. I was specifically asked to leave a 5-star review and handed a printout wh current experience. I will update if there is a satisfactory resolution. I was specifically asked to leave a 5-star review and handed a printout where to leave the review. I purchased a new 2023 Tacoma Trail on 8/26/2023. The overall purchase experience was mostly ordinary until I went to leave. When about to drive off I was connecting my phone to the features and an error message was displayed for connected services to enter a 6-digit authorization code that then moved to a message displaying, "This feature is not available on your vehicle." The Sales Associate, Ryan Foster, said that should not be the case and it should display a QR Code. He apologized and stated that since it was a Saturday the appropriate personnel to fix this were not available. He subsequently told me he would put it on a 'We Owe' form and would get it handled on Monday. I unfortunately trusted him and drove off. Later that evening he texted that someone should be able to come to my residence on Monday. That ended up not being the case and was told that the service department would contact me to schedule an appointment. That finally occurred on Tuesday, 8/29 at 4:48pm. The earliest appointment they could do is 9/7 at 8:30am; 12 days post purchase. Ryan is attempting to get me an earlier appointment but his follow-up has been subpar. I currently do not have the full operation of the vehicle I've purchased. Notes about specific individual interactions: Ryan Foster, Sales Associate, Sales -- Great personality, knowledgeable, good explanations, non-pressuring, quick, and friendly demeanor. -- Temporarily misplaced my $10k down-payment check. -- Caller ID does not come up with his name (Caller ID shows his mother [he told me]). Tayloy Keith, Sales Associate, Financing -- Nice gentleman, friendly approach. -- Initial paperwork that was presented was missing mileage and had to be reworked. -- Pressured for additional options/features after I had settled on a price with Ryan in sales -- When told I was staying with the agreed on payment he stated, "I'm just doing my job." -- Allowed for multiple interruptions into his office about salsa he made with 'Carolina Reaper' peppers. Adrian Paraschiv, General Manager -- Sent an e-mail on 8/27 asking how the visit was -- Responded that I was unhappy with the missing features and far out service appointment to fix the issue and to solicit help -- Did not respond to e-mail that was offering his assistance if needed More
