It took two visits to do a repair that was scheduled to be completed when the initial service appointment was made. I ordered a part from the parts counter to be installed when the 55,000 mile routine ser be completed when the initial service appointment was made. When I was told my car was ready, I was informed as I was getting ready to pay for the service that they had failed to order the part and I would have to schedule another appointment to have it installed. When I arrived to have the ordered part to be installed, it took the tech approximately one hour more to install the part than I was told it would when I dropped off the car and waited for the service to be completed.
