I called that number and it's not only NOT the number for your General Manager, it's not even the correct Autonation..... Instead of selling busted up vehicles and warranties that cannot be serviced you guys should pay more attention to your customers who have paid you for services I went in for warranty work for the "warranty" you sold me on my scheduled date and specific time and you wanted to keep my truck for another 10 days after waiting a month to get my vehicle seen with absolutely no communication what so ever. I waited all day for my truck to be looked at and it wasn't even seen after 6 hours. Didn't even get the simple oil change and you blamed FORD. Quit selling warranties that I cannot use. This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life and hope others don't have the same experience. Thanks for taking my money and leaving me hanging!
