My husband bought a car on June 3, 2023 from Bobbie. Bobbie promised him window tinting and a tank of fuel as part of the purchase. I made an appointment for window tinting today 6/6/23 at noon. When I Bobbie promised him window tinting and a tank of fuel as part of the purchase. I made an appointment for window tinting today 6/6/23 at noon. When I arrived the receptionist called Bobbie, who very briefly introduced himself, asked for the key and took off. Bobbie couldn't even give me 2 minutes of his time. He did not explain what was happening, so I asked at the reception desk. I was told they tint the windows to match, put on a clear bra and clear bra the back of the mirrors. I called my husband to let him know, he then called Bobbie to clarify that they would be tinting all the windows as there was no tint on any windows. Bobbie agreed to tint the windows and clear bra. 2 hours later after watching Bobbie literally run (extremely unprofessional in my opinion) across the show room floor multiple times, he handed me the keys and pointed toward the door. When I enquired about the fuel he got an attitude and claimed he had just paid (out of pocket) for a $900 clear bra so he would not be fueling it. I went to look at the car, there was no clear bra and the back window was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. After driving around trying to find my way to the front I found Bobbie to let him know there was no clear bra and asked him to clean the back window. He exclaimed "well now I guess I'll have to fuel it, give me the keys" and took off again without telling me what was happening. I once again had to call my husband at work, who then had to call Bobbie, who had decided not to honor his promise of the clear bra, nor did he clean the back window. It took 30 minutes to fuel the vehicle and get me the keys. When I told him I didn't appreciate the attitude he started to argue with me. I left the dealership today very upset by the complete lack of communication with me, the lack of honesty and integrity of your salesman, the complete unprofessionalism and down right terrible experience. Bobbie then proceeded to call my husband to offer $50 via venmo to go toward cleaning the vehicle. My husband doesn't have a venmo account so he asked me to send my info to Bobbie. I did and he paid me $50 and offered a pretty lame excuse via text for the way he handled things today. I will tell you right now $50 does not make how I was treated today ok or right. I sincerely hope he is never treated like I was today. He barely acknowledged my existence, even though we just spent over $40,000 on a new vehicle. It was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and I will be writing reviews to reflect the way I was treated. I just thought you should know how this salesman handles customers and know that this is the second time we have used your dealership and it will be the last because of this experience. I really hope nobody else has to deal with the poor treatment Bobbie offered me today. More
