I feel like AutoNation was dishonest with me. When I traded in our vehicle, they said it was worth a certain amount and that all they could do (site unseen). They mentioned I could get it re-eval When I traded in our vehicle, they said it was worth a certain amount and that all they could do (site unseen). They mentioned I could get it re-evaluated once I brought the car in but they rushed to the paperwork (which was ok on my end). Once I brought the vehicle in, they said it was verified pricing wise. A week later, I see my trade in being advertised for almost 6 times the trade in value I got. I know I will never get the best value trading into a dealership, but this was bad. I called back asking about this and they said "well wouldn't you be paying a markup elsewhere?". This is the dishonesty. If AutoNation would have told me "we are going low on the trade in due to the high demand of the vehicle you want, and that's how we keep our pricing at MSRP", I would have not been blindsided or lied to. After this experience, I would not recommend or purchase a vehicle from Auto Nation, and I wish I would have waited for my vehicle order from another dealership that I had. My sales reps were John Titterington and Gabe Ricketts, and I recognize they don't have the power to make the calls that I am upset about, but the whole experience left a sour taste. More

Kent was great, the service was as he said and right on time. One thing he couldn’t find was when zI made the appointment the gal on the line said they would include a $100 dollar credit on my account to time. The service tech couldn’t find that anywhere, for that I do have doubts about the people calling and making that offer to come back to Auto Nation for service. That the main reason I went outside for services in the first place , an offer was made and it didn’t happen. More
