We cannot believe that you send customers out the door without providing a tutorial on their car. I guess nobody at your dealership knows enough to educate buyers on your cars. You have just lost our recommendation on buying a car at ANToyota. You need to know your customers with enough money to go elsewhere where the dealership shows customers all the bells and whistles of their car. I would love to see the Management of your dealership figure out the multimedia screen on a RAV4 by themselves.
