The service I received from Michael Jones and Carlton was 5-star. They were both patient in finding out who I am and what I want and need. Michael helped me narrow down the best vehicle and why. And Carlton 5-star. They were both patient in finding out who I am and what I want and need. Michael helped me narrow down the best vehicle and why. And Carlton learned where I worked and found me a lower interest rate on my loan that was offered for teachers in my district. I was in at 630pm and left with a car gased up, financed, and ready to drive off less than 3 hours later. They both know their jobs well and are very patient and kind with the process. Highly recommend both Michael and Carlton when you go to Arapahoe AutoNation Toyota. More

What BIG Corporate Toyota has told me is, "If it's NOT in the owner's service manual, it's NOT recommended." Remember this when you're in for service next time and they call you about something being "dirty." That said, Autonation Toyota seems to be the best dealership for service that I have been able to find in the East Denver Metro area. More
