I am extremely disappointed with the service department. I have a 6-month-old car having an issue, I brought it in a few weeks ago and had to wait 8 hours and they said the problem was fixed, but it wasn't. I went in to get a oil change. It cost $120 and other Toyota dealerships charge around $75. So I will not go back here to get oil change in the future until they lower there price!
