Single worst car buying experience we have experience. We went in with the specific vehicle in mind and financing already secured. They tried to hard sell me on their financing. We brought it back for the detail and after dropping it off for an hour and a half, we came back to nothing being done. After spending hours trying to get to a sales manager that was willing to help, we finally got someone to help us. Now a few weeks after the purchase, we needed a copy of some documents and again it was pulling teeth just to get someone to help us. AutoNation has given me no reason to believe they will keep any promise made, nor do they have any intentions of helping their clients. More
