My experience was very frustrating. I called the Arapahoe Autonation Toyota Service department several times (5) to get my car looked at, spoke to many employees but when my car arrived I called the Arapahoe Autonation Toyota Service department several times (5) to get my car looked at, spoke to many employees but when my car arrived no one was prepared for my towing company to accept my car. I had initially taken my car to my local mechanic, he said they could not do repairs on my rear air-bag suspension. I told the Service department at Arapahoe Autonation Toyota what needed to be done and I was quoted around $1000 for replacement of both rear airbags. So I authorized. The gal in the service department later texted and said the airbags didn't fit my car and would need OE Lexus bags and it would be over $2254 before tax. I told her I could get done at another business for $1500. She said I would need to pay $200 for them trying to use the cheaper airbags. I would imagine my car is not the first Lexus that had rear airbags replaced at autonation. I feel they should have known what type of airbags a Lexus would need. I feel like I was baited and hooked. Won't be using again. More

What BIG Corporate Toyota has told me is, "If it's NOT in the owner's service manual, it's NOT recommended." Remember this when you're in for service next time and they call you about something being "dirty." That said, Autonation Toyota seems to be the best dealership for service that I have been able to find in the East Denver Metro area. More
