I was surprised and delighted to see a kid-friendly play area (with walls and a DOOR!) Anytime I don't have to find a babysitter to run my errands, it's a major plus. The service was timely and I appreciated the text telling me they were done, so no one had to waste time hunting for me in the building. The one thing that disappointed me was they didn't wash the car for me. It's a little thing, I know, but don't most dealers offer that perk? More
