I recently took my Highlander in for a recall repair. Delership is organized and friendly. They provide a comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, drinks, and vending machines. No complaints. Fairly good selection, and all of the vehicles on the lot looked good. Clearly they are still fighting post-pandemic issues, since they only had 1 Highlander out there. But they had a lot of 4-runners! More

I received a letter for free multi point checkup for my newly bought 2017 Corolla. So I did setup an appointment and took the car. I waited for 1 hour and they did not do any multi point checkup. All the newly bought 2017 Corolla. So I did setup an appointment and took the car. I waited for 1 hour and they did not do any multi point checkup. All the did was the visual inspection of tires. They said that they topped off the fluids. Later I checked and realized that they did not do that either. It is a waste of time. More
