Terrible service. Took almost 2 full hours for a scheduled oil change. SCHEDULED. There is absolutely no acceptable reason that a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change and nothing more should take two hours. To make matters worse after about an hour and half I went back to ask how much longer. ( she had originally told me an hour and 15 minutes expected) I thought I saw my van parked out and done but didn't want to jump to conclusions. When we finally checked out later that was exactly where my van was parked. It seemed like the girl who checked me in and out was too busy socializing and playing on the computer to do her job. Who knows how long the van was actually done. But waiting nearly two hours with even the best of 2 year olds in tow is an unacceptably long amount of time when you go in to a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend using them for an oil change unless you don't value your time and have hours to waste. Did not seem like the client was valued or respected. And at the end she tried to say it was because of the volume of cars all arriving at once. But they SCHEDULE appointments. So someone scheduled that many cars to arrive at once. And saying it is luck on when you come? Seriously??? They really need to reevaluate the flow of their cars through their service department because things are not flowing smoothly. Someone is clearly not good at organization and flow and there is no acceptable reason for a basic oil change to take nearly two hours. I'd like to also point out I didn't find the time estimate of an hour and 15 to be appropriate either because it was a scheduled appointment for a basic service that probably shouldn't take more than 15 min. I would have been ok understanding half an hour. More than an hour? Why?! More
