Overall a good experience, we were looking for a used vehicle and had narrowed it down to 3 potential models. We went out for a test drives over a couple of days at various dealerships and were quite dis vehicle and had narrowed it down to 3 potential models. We went out for a test drives over a couple of days at various dealerships and were quite disappointed in price and selection. I know prices are still a bit weird due to the logistics impact on new vehicles with COVID raising the prices of used vehicles but some dealerships were really trying to take advantage by over-pricing between $3-6,000 compared to kbb. We were nearly at the point of buying out of state and waiting a week + for delivery but decided we'd spend 1 final day looking around locally. I'd helped a friend buy a vehicle a couple of years ago and remembered AutoNation seemed to have a better selection of used cars with low mileage so we stopped by with no appointment around 6pm on a Saturday. AutoNation is a no haggle dealership so the posted price is what it is. Gary was able to show us 3 different models within 5 minutes of arrival and we test drove the one with the lowest miles for a good 20 minutes because it was the best looking version we'd seen over 3 days of searching. There was a similar model with lower miles at another dealership but they had priced it 2k higher and seemed unexcited to take a cash deal which earns the dealership less money when they don't get their share from financing but still, they make money anyway so why brush off customers? We were able to close the deal before 9pm and drive home in the vehicle we choose at a relatively fair price. If we ordered out of state we could have gotten a similar vehicle for about 1k less but when the price is over 20k that is less than 5% of the total price and for me the value of being able to test drive and have a local dealer provide a limited warranty was worth it. We could have saved ourselves 18 hours of driving around all day and the endless offers of cold bottled water and popcorn if we'd just gone to AutoNation first. More
My son was buying his first car. Gabr was very helpful in making this big purchase easier and helped us find the right car within his price range. Gabr was very helpful in making this big purchase easier and helped us find the right car within his price range. More

I also stated that my tires are all on different PSI level and need to be fill up. I waited inside. About an hour go by I had thought my name was called. So I went outside to check. As I was waiting for my turn to talk to the technician that had checked me in. I turn around and saw my car was just being pulled in to service in to the bay. As that time we were about an hour and 20 mins into the appointment. I mentioned to another service technician that I thought my name was called. Seems like I was mistaken since my car literally just got pulled into the bay. The tech said, we usually are about 90 minutes out (by then its about that time), he looked at his watch and saw Oh, im sorry were running behind. I walked back inside and kept on waiting. not even 10 minutes later I got an auto text from the dealer that my car was ready. which is beyond unbelievable. I came out and stated my concern. How was it my car just got pulled into the bay, and now its ready not even 10 minutes after. The tech stated, oh well we have workers under the bay to do the quick oil change, were quite efficient. At the moment my mileage was 17k, the tech stated that they did the 20k service since it was so close. I made sure to confirm if they did do the tire rotation, oil change and my air tire pressure. After leaving, I pull up my Toyota app and all tires pressure level was not fill up like I had mentioned. The cabin filter was not changed. The maintenance notification on the dash was not turn off. I am beyond curious if the oil was even changed. As they skipped the 15k service but move to 20k, I expected the service to be done. As ive been here for my previous car, and now my current. Got me to question if any of my car was ever been service correctly. More
I was able to set up an appointment quickly and only a few days out from my request. The staff were very nice as always, kept everything within the time indicated and the bill was equal to the quote given few days out from my request. The staff were very nice as always, kept everything within the time indicated and the bill was equal to the quote given in advance. The only hesitation was that the options online did not include what I was looking for and I did not get a call back from service when I left messages, so I had to stop by to set everything up. More

With my 2016 Prius. there was a recall that required dash disassembly. The part of the steering column that anchors the turn signal and the wiper levers was re-installed loose, it shifts loosly in its place noticeably when both levers are operated at the same time. 2. The line tech who did an oil change apparantly did not understand how the housing-and-separate-filter-element with an O-rings oil filter works. They overtightened it way, way past Toyota's 12 lb-ft recommendation. Otherwise I have been to this dealer many times since 2016 for this and other vehicles and they have done a good job. This is in contrast with three other Denver area dealers whose service was unacceptable, as in, they overfilled the crankcase by at least a liter of oil. I do absolutely hate that they are trying to automate appoinment making. Talking to a human is so much easier and quick than dealin with enless useless automated options to pick from on the phone to make an appointment. More

Every employ was professional and knew their jobs which make everything move long smoothly and fast. I worked with Giovanni C Ciobotaru who was just amazing. He went over everything in great detail and made sure to take care of my needs and concerns. I would also like to mention Carlton who did the transaction paperwork. He did an amazing job as well. It was simple, straight forward and he explained everything I was signing. So look no further. This is the place to get your next car or truck. More
