I presented oil change coupon to service. She complained that it was a good coupon and that it kills her. She immediately suggested a full fluid exchange fir about $1k which I declined when She complained that it was a good coupon and that it kills her. She immediately suggested a full fluid exchange fir about $1k which I declined when I picked up, she again complained about coupon killing her commission, which I found very unprofessional. I reviewed bill and she charged me $35 to rotate tires, which I bought at the dealership. She had to remove that charge. I had no idea that your service reps were on commission. Seems unethical More
