After service they had said I needed new tires so they couldn't do a tire rotation, nor check the brakes. I noticed the next day that I had bubbles in my driver front and rear tires. I took my car in for a 30,000 service. This is my second Highlander but with another dealership and I had never had any issues with feeling pressured.
