I’m super grateful that they got the truck up in the air to check what a local shop called a small leak in the transfer case. There was no leak at all! Just minor seepage from a plug. NO big deal! Kelsey was amazing to work with. Very kind, patient, answered all our questions, and worked very quickly. However, the finance manager was rude, constantly on her phone DURING the signing of our legal documents, and when I asked a question about a document she slammed her phone down. If we didn’t like the vehicle and over the whole buying process I would have left. We told Kelsey and she immediately apologized and asked how she could make things right and repeatedly apologized. I’m not after anything or to get anything for free. Lack of customer service can and will destroy a business and at least they know how to train their sales people. The privileged finance manager aura is a different story. More
