He never had an attitude, always patient and polite answering all our questions. No hassle and no games like other sales persons from other car dealers! More
very courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. I recommend the Service Center. Seems like there ought to be a less than $300 battery replacement, but it is supposed to last 84 months. Trenton, the service rep, was very polite, listened to my concerns, and then did address everything during the visit. Drop off was fairly efficient, but my car was kept over night and I needed it first thin concerns, and then did address everything during the visit. Drop off was fairly efficient, but my car was kept over night and I needed it first thing in the morning. When I went to pick up at 7;30 the area was extremely busy. I had to wait for Trent to appear at the desk and then had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be delivered. It took a little over 30 minutes to pick up for a simple courtesy check. Once on the highway I noticed the warning light for low tire pressure was on. I was surprised since the tires were just rotated and checked at this maintenance visit. All 4 tires were low, between 28 and 30 pounds. Plus they were not able to recreate a noise I have been hearing at the front end when braking at slow speeds. So I had a new problem, still have the old problem, and had to wait for my car. More
Price. Upon arrival, estimate was low $200s ("it usually comes in lower than our estimate") When finished - and no one came into the lobby to consult about Upon arrival, estimate was low $200s ("it usually comes in lower than our estimate") When finished - and no one came into the lobby to consult about extras - it was over $400. We talked and it managed to slip down into $300s I reported a rattle, thought it might be in left rear wheel suspension. They checked and said it was the license plate. I went home, removed the license plate. Rattle as bad as ever. The windows were rolled down when my car was brought to me. The rattle is hard to hear with windows open. More
Like the set-up, quick to meet you at your car, serviced car in 45 minute timeframe was given, not trying to push other services on me. Waiting room is comfy and appreciate the WiFi. Like being texted when car is ready vs. screaming name in lobby. More
