Trenton, the service rep, was very polite, listened to my concerns, and then did address everything during the visit. Drop off was fairly efficient, but my car was kept over night and I needed it first thin concerns, and then did address everything during the visit. I had to wait for Trent to appear at the desk and then had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be delivered. It took a little over 30 minutes to pick up for a simple courtesy check. Once on the highway I noticed the warning light for low tire pressure was on. I was surprised since the tires were just rotated and checked at this maintenance visit. All 4 tires were low, between 28 and 30 pounds. Plus they were not able to recreate a noise I have been hearing at the front end when braking at slow speeds. So I had a new problem, still have the old problem, and had to wait for my car. More

I went home, removed the license plate. Rattle as bad as ever. The windows were rolled down when my car was brought to me. The rattle is hard to hear with windows open. More

I think our experience with buying a car here was as good as we could have asked for. The entire experience was pretty streamlined, and we were called as soon as the car arrived, which took only a day longe as we could have asked for.
