I sent a request online for a Toyota Tacoma my husband and I were interested in. David replied to our request in a timely manner. He was not pushy at all and gave us time to talk. We found out the truck we wanted became available before we made a decision of purchasing one that needed to be ordered, so we immediately jumped on the chance and started doing the paperwork. Everything was great, David was very helpful in dealing with our trade in. We got a bit less than we wanted for our trade, but they worked with us to at least get the price we were comfortable with.
