Bill was an excellent service repair rep gentleman - nice, easy to talk to and also kept me informed on status of car. Michael, The shuttle driver was also very nice & I was very grateful to get rides nice, easy to talk to and also kept me informed on status of car. Sales rep and sales manager easy to deal with. Finance rep was pleasant funny. Only recommendation is that when they sell you the extras like extended warranty and dent and windshield protection Finance rep was pleasant funny. Only recommendation is that when they sell you the extras like extended warranty and dent and windshield protection instead of talking about what your payment is increasing by they should talk about the individual cost of each item. My added cost tan up to $8,000 after reviewing the paperwork. I went back the next day and had $2,700 of added protection removed. More
