A special shout-out to Assistant Service Manger Hunter Gloss (honest, caring, resourceful) who clearly went above-and-beyond to help a loyal AutoNation Toyota customer. While he didn’t have to, Hunter wo Gloss (honest, caring, resourceful) who clearly went above-and-beyond to help a loyal AutoNation Toyota customer. While he didn’t have to, Hunter worked with his management as well as techs (thanks Joey) to help me out of jam. I will not only continue to have my Highlander serviced at this dealership, I will specifically seek out Hunter to help me with my future needs. By the way, for those customers on the fence about “best price” vs. “lifetime warranty” batteries, my lifetime-warranteed battery died and Hunter got it replaced immediately with no questions asked.
