Sales and financing were over taxed and could not provide everything listed on the check off sheet. I felt taken advantage of with the add ons, and never had time to even read them. Took 5 hours to get thru everything listed on the check off sheet. I felt taken advantage of with the add ons, and never had time to even read them. Took 5 hours to get thru the process even still on a new car. No one checked that we received everything we bought, eg hood protection. Nice people serving me, but a horrible process. More
