AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe has provided a disappointing and frustrating experience. First, a car that we were interested in purchasing and was listed on the Website, had not even been serviced or looked a and frustrating experience. First, a car that we were interested in purchasing and was listed on the Website, had not even been serviced or looked at by Toyota, so we waited almost 2 weeks just to take a look at it in the back lot. Then the car became available and ready to sell (but we are pretty sure no one looked at it yet which explains all the problems we noticed on the test drive). We still decided to purchase it because the car had low miles and looked in good shape. We purchased it 12 days ago, but noticed the transmission light was on and the air conditioner was not working on the test drive. AutoNation agreed to fix those items if we purchased the car, so we bought it and left it there for repair. We were promised it would be ready to go after the weekend when the main service guy was working. Every day we are promised the car will be ready to pick up, and every day we are told it is not ready. No one communicates with us about the car, we have to constantly call for an update. Promises are made that are never kept, and 10 days later, we are still waiting to pick up the car we purchased. We are beyond frustrated at the poor customer service and experience we have had at AutoNation Toyota. From the sales guy to the service, I have been nothing but disappointed. I knew I should have bought a Volvo instead! Service at a Volvo dealer is outstanding. AutoNation Toyota-not so much! *note-I leave as many good experiences on Google reviews and rarely post such a long disappointing review-until I receive absolutely poor service. I would recommend avoiding this dealership. More
Good thorough service department. Expensive but worth it to have confidence in the work. They did unneeded work but immediately credited me the cost to resolve it. Easy to work with. From the purchase of my car to my recent service visit for an oil change and maintenance, all of my interactions with this dealership have been excellent. for an oil change and maintenance, all of my interactions with this dealership have been excellent. More

Came out from Nebraska to look at a truck I seen online. Gabe was very responsive the whole time leading up to making it out here, and made the sale very smooth. Highly recommend.
