I went in for a simple oil change on my 2003 Corolla, which I had done a few times in the last several years without a problem. Here are my complaints: They used synthetic oil, even though I did no which I had done a few times in the last several years without a problem. Here are my complaints: They used synthetic oil, even though I did not ask for it and had never gotten it before. My car runs fine on standard motor oil I was charged for 5 quarts, even though my engine takes 3.8 quarts. I was charged for an "add-on" oil additive which I did not ask for ($26). Because of the synthetic oil and the "add-on", the total charge was $110. Ridiculous for a simple oil change. Also, the engine oil was overfilled by 1/2 quart. I don't know if the management has changed, but I've never had problems like this in the past. More
