Not sure what else you would like to know. I have another appointment next week to hopefully get the issue with the door finally repaired, the third visit,. I understand that the first tech left, but seriously, your service manager doesn't stay on top of that? Nicole has tried her best and offered me a free oil change last time, after they forgot to perform it. If I hadn't already waited 5 weeks for parts, first four weeks spent waiting for wrong parts, I would have gone somewhere else.
