I tried to buy a truck from Auto Nation and their process was hard, not friendly, and seemed like they did not care about selling an auto. I ended up buying a truck from another Toyota dealer and now for my 10K check up and oil change, i took to Auto Nation since they are closer to me than the purchase dealer. The appointment took a while to make, but I understood everyone is busy nowadays. Auto Nation offers car wash and when I got the car back, the car was not cleaned although the service person said it was done. This is in inline of what Auto Nation has been over the last couple of years, service is not their thing! More

I liked my service agent Jason. Super nice and great guy! I was doing the 25,000 mile toyota care check-up and waiting for the check-up. It was around 1.5 hours. I think given they were not doing an oil change that it should have been about 30 minutes. As I drove off the lot, and down the road my car started making a loud alert noise. I had to pull over and call them. Apparently the check-up people did not shut my hood properly. So I did that and all was fine. More

Dave Hantman at Autonation Toyota is the best! I was dreading buying a car in this environment, but Dave was extremely knowledgeable, and so easy and pleasant to work with. When I called and explained the situation the receptionist was so kind and helpful and let me know what I needed to do.
